Who we are

We strive to make life worthwhile through SERvice TO MAnkind.

Sertoma International is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit international organization. Sertoma’s primary service project is assisting the more than 50 million people with speech, hearing, and language disorders. We also sponsor community service projects to promote freedom and democracy, to assist youth, and to benefit a variety of local community needs, as identified by the individual clubs in each area. Every year Sertoma Clubs across the nation raise more than $20 million for local community service projects. Through these projects, as well as grants and scholarships, our Sertoma Clubs return those funds to their respective communities - and we have lots of fun doing it while building life-long friendships.

Our Sertoma Club of Fort Worth was chartered on May 28, 1948. We have approximately 20 members who volunteer their time to our fundraising programs and support our local sponsorships. Our club meets each Friday morning for board meetings, special community programs, and general fellowship. Please contact us if you are interested in attending as a guest to learn more about our service club.
